You can set up your customer review management software to send both manual and automated review invites from one place. It doesn’t have to be one or the other, either. You also have the ability to use both settings simultaneously to get the maximum number of customer reviews.
Here’s how it would work with a system like Weave: You would set up an automatic review to be sent hours after an appointment, or you could manually send a review invite while your patient is still in the office or on the phone. If you do send a manual invite, then it will override the pending automatic invite. This prevents a patient from receiving duplicate invitations.
With Weave, you can also choose the order that your business presents its review sites to your customers. For example, if you’re working to build your Google reviews, then you would place Google at the top of the review list. This setting would make Google the default review site. Patients have the option to choose an alternative platform, which would then take them to one of the next review or social media sites on your list, like Facebook or Healthgrades.
