Weave (NYSE: WEAV), the all-in-one customer communication platform for small business, has named Brooke Shreeve as its Head of People.
Brooke has served as Weave’s Sr. Director of HR Business Partners for the last 2 years, leading important People Team initiatives including the creation of a company volunteer program called Weave Cares, the launch of employee engagement surveys and insights, and bringing in new leadership development programs.
Brooke was selected by Weave’s Board of Directors and CEO Roy Banks due to her breadth of experience across a range of HR disciplines and her extensive knowledge of Weave’s People First culture, values and leadership. She brings over 20 years of HR experience with organizations ranging in size from 250 to 16,000 employees based in both the U.S. and globally across multiple industries. Companies include Wex Inc., Marketstar, Flying J, Kohls and Sears.
“Brooke is an exceptional leader, trusted adviser and exceptional HR executive,” said Roy Banks, Weave’s CEO. “Her connection to our employees and her exemplification of Weave’s values over the last two years made her a natural choice to lead our People Team — and just as importantly, our people — through the next phase of Weave’s growth.”
Brooke is experienced in employment law and relations, benefits, HR operations and HR Business Partnership. She has held a Professional Human Resources certification and is certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach.
