The year 2025 is packed with plastic surgery meetings that you and your team shouldn’t miss. Below, we discuss the top five events coming in 2025, plus a few honorable mentions, so you can begin planning your calendar accordingly.
1. Vegas Cosmetic Surgery (VCS)
Join the leaders in aesthetic medicine at the Vegas Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetic Dermatology conference from May 29 to 31, 2025, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This premier event, designed by top experts, bridges plastic surgery and dermatology, offering professionals a comprehensive program focused on the latest innovations in aesthetic surgery, non-invasive treatments, and practice management.
Participants can benefit from hands-on workshops, expert-led sessions, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) opportunities, ensuring they stay at the forefront of medical aesthetics. Registeristering early can save you upwards of $300.
2. SAFPAS Winter Meeting
Each year, the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and the California Society of Rhinoplasty Specialists present the Skin Aging, Facial Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery winter meeting, where leaders from around the world gather in California to discuss emerging trends and new techniques. The next winter meeting will take place in Lake Tahoe, California, on February 6–9 at the Everline Resort & Spa.
You can register to join the annual winter meeting by visiting the SAFPAS website. All registered conference members can take advantage of 20 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
3. NYRSPS Annual Meeting
The New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons hosts an annual meeting each fall to discuss hot topics in the field. The NYRSPS Annual Meeting is held towards the end of November each year, in New York. If you can’t make it in person, the organization will be releasing virtual content 60 days after the meeting date.
As an ACCME-accredited academic surgery gathering, the NYRSPS Annual Meeting provides a maximum of six Continuing Medical Education credits. Be sure to check the website regularly if you’re interested in attending.
4. American Society of Plastic Surgeons Advocacy Summit
The ASPS hosts the Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., near the end of each year. At the time of writing, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has yet to announce 2025’s exact date and location, so be sure to check the website regularly if you’re interested in meeting with the nation’s top healthcare representatives to actively influence healthcare policies.
5. LIMITLESS Leaders Summit by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Aesthetic Society, and the American Hernia Society
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Aesthetic Society, and the American Hernia Society will be hosting the LIMITLESS Leaders Summit in Boston, February 5–6, 2025, to break down the barriers of early-career women surgeons working to achieve leadership positions. This powerful meeting will discuss how collaboration, mentorship, and education can help female surgeons overcome the boundaries faced in the industry.
6. Mountain West Society of Plastic Surgeons Annual Meeting
The Mountain West Society of Plastic Surgeons will host the 9th Annual Meeting from March 6–9, 2025, in Olympic Valley, CA, to discuss the latest scientific advancements in the field while recognizing opportunities to enhance safety in reconstructive procedures. The MWSPS Annual Meeting offers CME credits plus the opportunity to join a mock oral board. You can sign up on the meeting’s website before registration closes.
