Over the past 2 decades, Smith has founded 4 companies, 3 in the technology arena and now his current company, Four Foods Group, which he founded in 2009 with his wife, Shauna. As a food and beverage investment, operations and growth company, he has successfully raised over $350 million, created over 23,000 jobs across America, and successfully developed over $200M in restaurant real estate. He has exited businesses through both private and public exits. Smith is also a Managing Partner of Mercato Partners, a growth equity firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He leads the Savory Fund practice which is focused on scaling highly profitable, yet undiscovered brands within the food & beverage industry. Smith and his team have generated over $1 billion in sales over the past 10 years.

Andrew was a recipient of the 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year® award in his category, and KPMG’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017. He also served as an EY Judge for the 2018 and 2019 EY Entrepreneur program. He was also a BusinessQ Triple Crown Recipient in 2018.
