Weave 2025 Vision Source The Exchange Show Demo Promo

Offer ends May 3, 2025, and is limited to qualifying Prospective Customers and Weave Customers who participate in a Weave product demonstration at the Weave event booth at the 2025 Vision Source The Exchange at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO on May 1-3, 2025. Booth 349. To qualify as a “Prospective Customer,” the participating individual must be a qualified practice owner, doctor, or office manager within Weave’s criteria. Whether an individual qualifies as a Prospective Customer shall be determined by Weave on-site at Weave’s discretion. No purchase of Weave services is required. The Weave optometry-themed tumbler will be given to the individual participating in the demo at the event. Offer may not be combined with any other offers and is limited to one (1) tumbler per office. Offer is not available to individuals that have participated in a Weave demo during the prior six (6) months. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use of the tumbler. Weave is not responsible for and will not replace the tumbler if it is lost or damaged, is not used within any applicable timeframe, or is misused by the recipient. Weave is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the recipient’s participation in the promotion or receipt or use of the tumbler. Recipient agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weave from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to a recipient’s participation in the promotion and/or recipient’s acceptance, use, or misuse of the tumbler.
